What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is an active meditation technique that utilizes a fast paced breath pattern to shift our state of being. This shift can facilitate movement of stuck emotional energy and support processing of strong emotions. Breathwork opens the door for connecting with yourself more deeply. Breathwork is a self healing tool. You are the driver of your own experience, resulting in a profound sense of mastery as you guide your own healing journey.

Hi, my name is Jessy and Iām a breathwork facilitator.
I offer 1:1 breathwork sessions as well as monthly virtual breathwork groups.
During individual and group sessions, I support you as a guide, offering gentle and supportive prompts to move through powerful emotional and energetic states, while holding space for the journey that your system is calling you to go on.
