Initial Consultation:

I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to explore whether we’d work well together. During this time you can ask any questions you have about starting therapy, about my practice and we’ll start to identify your goals for therapy.

Insurance:

I accept Aetna health insurance plans for psychotherapy services through Headway. Please visit my profile to verify your benefits and confirm your out-of-pocket costs for therapy. For all other insurance companies I am an Out of Network provider.

Fees:

$225 for 50 minute, Individual Session.

Sliding Scale:

I offer sliding scale based on need and availability. Please indicate your interest in a reduced fee when reaching out for a consultation.

Out of Network Reimbursement:

For all insurance plans besides Aetna, I am an out of network provider and do not accept health insurance for psychotherapy services. Many health insurance companies offer partial reimbursement for out of network therapeutic services. I can provide necessary documentation for you to request reimbursement from your health insurance company.

I recommend that you ask your insurance company the following questions before starting therapy:

• Do I have out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits?

• Do my out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits cover me seeing a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for psychotherapy?

• How much is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year will be covered?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Are telehealth psychotherapy sessions eligible for out of network reimbursement?
