No matter how old we are or how good we are at adulting, each of us carries a constellation of inner children with us. Each with their own experiences to be witnessed, protective strategies, and burdens to be released. Moving into the non ordinary state of consciousness offered through a breathwork practice, we can step away from our day to day adult selves and learn to offer our younger selves the compassion, care and play that they need.
Breathwork is a powerful, active meditation technique that allows us to take a break from the thinking mind, connect with our inner worlds and shift outdated belief patterns or move stuck energy in our systems.
During this session, our facilitator, Jessy LaHood, will offer guided meditation, mindfulness prompts and invitations toward inquiry about your internal world to support participants in exploring their relationship with they inner children.
